What We’re Looking For We’re looking for an experienced NetSuite Engineer/Developer to join our Product & Technology team. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing, customising, and maintaining our NetSuite ERP platform. You’ll work in an agile environment, supporting transformation initiatives and acting as the subject matter expert for NetSuite architecture, integrations, and automation.
What You’ll Do
- Design, configure, and deploy NetSuite customisations and integrations.
- Lead or participate in architecture and design sessions with stakeholders.
- Build custom records, workflows, dashboards, and saved searches.
- Develop and maintain SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0) for business logic and automation.
- Provide technical analysis and best practice advice to internal stakeholders.
- Manage code repositories, backlogs, and release coordination.
- Deliver sprint goals in an agile scrum environment.
- Ensure scalable, sustainable NetSuite solutions with minimal technical debt.
- 5+ years’ hands-on NetSuite ERP experience including configuration, customisation, and integration.
- Strong proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0) and JavaScript.
- Experience with SuiteTalk (SOAP & REST) integrations.
- Knowledge of financial modules (AP, AR, GL).
- Proficient in sandbox management, deployments, and release processes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
- Organised, pragmatic thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
- Resilient, driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Exposure to NetSuite OneWorld, SuiteAnalytics, and custom reporting.
- Experience with D365, Salesforce, or other CRM integrations.
- Familiarity with data migration tools (Celigo, Boomi).
- Understanding of Power Platform and Azure services.
- Ability to create custom UI components using HTML/CSS.
