What your day will look like:

• Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Mercedes-Benz vehicles to factory standards

• Performing scheduled maintenance, mechanical repairs, and system upgrades

• Using advanced diagnostic tools and Mercedes-Benz software to identify and resolve issues

• Collaborating with service advisors and workshop controllers to ensure efficient workflow

• Maintain accurate job records and adhere to Mercedes-Benz quality procedures

• Continuously improve your technical knowledge through ongoing manufacturer training

• Contribute to a positive team culture built on trust, excellence, and professionalism

What you'll bring:

• Recognised Automotive Trade Qualification (Cert III or above)

• Current MVTC

• Current and valid NSW driver's licence

• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship

• Reliability, honesty, and a high level of personal integrity

• Proven ability to meet factory repair times and performance targets efficiently
