The Role
As the BDM you’ll be the driving force behind portfolio growth. With support, structure, and a strong brand behind you, you’ll focus on converting opportunities and building long-term client relationships. Your day-to-day will include:
- Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities
- Converting leads into managements
- Building and nurturing strong landlord relationships
- Conducting market appraisals and providing expert advice
- Seamlessly transitioning new clients to the Property Management team
- Working closely with internal teams to maximise results
About You
- Previous BDM experience in Real Estate, OR Minimum 2 years’ leasing experience with exposure to business development
- Polished, confident, and exceptional communication skills
- Naturally driven, proactive, and relationship-focused
- Strong local knowledge and a genuine passion for Real Estate
- Certificate of Registration (COR), reliable car & driver’s license
