About the Role
We’re currently searching for a Change Manager, on a 12 month fixed term basis, to play a pivotal role in a major integration program—supporting the seamless integration of critical technology systems within Technology, Digital & Data.
This is a hands-on role focused on real outcomes, not theory—driving business readiness, adoption, and sustained change across large-scale technology transformations, system integrations and digital delivery programs in a fast-paced, complex environment.
As the Change Manager, you will deliver pragmatic, value-driven change to enable the successful integration of systems and processes. Working closely with the Program Director, Program Managers and Integration Change Lead, you’ll guide the business through transition and future states—ensuring stakeholders are aligned, equipped, and ready to adopt new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Change Impact & Planning: Assess impacts across people, process, systems and behaviours, and deliver targeted change and readiness plans that minimise disruption and accelerate adoption
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with leaders and teams across the business to drive alignment, facilitate workshops, and embed ownership throughout the transformation journey
Training & Capability Uplift: Design and deliver training to build confidence and capability in new systems and processes
Readiness & Risk Management: Monitor business readiness, identify gaps, and proactively manage risks to maintain program momentum
About you:
Proven experience delivering technology-led change in complex, fast-moving environments
Hands-on approach with the ability to operate effectively in high change load / transformation programs
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across all levels including executives
Experience facilitating workshops, driving alignment and influencing outcomes
Demonstrated experience delivering training and enabling capability uplift at scale
Highly adaptable, resilient and comfortable working in ambiguity
You’ll also bring strong communication skills, a structured and pragmatic mindset, and the ability to work seamlessly across both business and technology teams.
Nice to have:
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions or large-scale integrations
This is a role where success is measured by true adoption and business outcomes. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the transformation is not only delivered—but fully embedded across the Ampol Group.
