The Position
In the role of Receptionist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Be the face of the office, deliver an exceptional first impression by greeting every client with energy, warmth, and professionalism
- Own the vibe - open, set up, and maintain a polished, high-performing workspace from morning to close
- Keep reception, boardrooms, and shared spaces immaculate and always client-ready
- Assist the team with proposals, agreements, marketing packs, and day-to-day tasks
- Manage calls, parcels, stock, IT fixes, and essential office systems
- Drive behind-the-scenes excellence-process agreements, manage databases, and keep every detail organised and compliant
- Be everywhere that matters - assist with auctions, marketing campaigns, and key team priorities to keep the business moving forward
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Receptionist will have:
- Immaculate personal presentation and a highly professional, mature demeanour - you will be the face of the business and the first point of contact for clients coming into the office!
- Must have permanent working rights in Australia - our client cannot accomplish working holiday visa holders
- Previous reception or administrative assistant experience is essential - though real estate experience is NOT a must have!
- First class phone manner and verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and reliable with good administrative skills and great attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise a high-volume workload
- Solid computer skills an advantage (Microsoft Office)
