Anila Recruitment is supporting the recruitment of an Outside of School Hours Care 2IC (Assistant Coordinator) position based in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs Beaches. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Educator ready to step into a leadership role within a well-established and supportive service.
Working closely with the Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the service, including programming, compliance, and team support, while building your leadership capability.
Role Details:
- Permanent part-time position (32 hours per week)
- $36 per hour + superannuation
- Split shift allowance applicable
- Opportunity for additional hours during vacation care
- Working Hours:
- Before School Care: 7:00am – 9:00am
- After School Care: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
- Well-established OSHC program in a coastal Eastern Suburbs location
- Supportive and collaborative team environment
- Strong systems and structure already in place
- Positive team culture with a focus on development and progression
- Experience in OSHC or Long Day Care
- Confident supporting daily operations, programming, and compliance
- Reliable, motivated, and a strong team player
- Ready to step up into a leadership support role
- Valid Working with Children Check
- CHCPRT025 – Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
- Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear pathway into leadership within OSHC
