About the role
Reporting to the Project Manager, this part-time role (flexible hours) will support a telephony upgrade project. You will manage scheduling, coordinate stakeholders, and drive smooth end-user change activity. This role suits someone experienced in structured project environments with strong change management capability.

Duties/Key Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed project schedules to support timely delivery
- Lead and support change management tasks to ensure strong end-user adoption
- Coordinate stakeholders and maintain clear communication across teams
- Track milestones and provide accurate status reporting
- Support risk and issue management activities
Skills and Experience
- Experience in project coordination within technology or deployment projects
- Proven change management experience, ideally supporting system or telephony upgrades
- Strong scheduling and organisational skills
- Confident stakeholder engagement and communication ability
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
