• Overseeing lease administration, rent reviews, and arrears management

CRITERIA:

• Experience as a Property Manager - open to Junior PMs looking to step up
• WA Property Manager Registration
• Valid WA Driver’s License
• Strong communication skills
• A proactive, people-first approach to property management
• Property Tree experience is highly regarded
