With strong year-on-year growth and a loyal customer base, this business is investing heavily in its digital function, and they’re now looking for an energetic and commercially minded eCommerce Executive to join their team.
The Role:
Working closely with the wider eCommerce team, you’ll play a key role in driving online performance, optimising the customer journey, and ensuring the brand delivers a best-in-class digital experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day website operations, ensuring products, pricing, and content are consistently accurate and engaging
- Supporting the development and execution of digital trade calendars, promotions, and campaigns
- Uploading and maintaining product listings, imagery, categorisation, SEO content, and site merchandising
- Monitoring site performance, conversion, and customer behaviour, and sharing insights to improve UX and sales
- Working collaboratively with the wider teams to deliver seamless, on-brand experiences across all channels
- Assisting with reporting on weekly and monthly eCommerce performance
- Partnering with external platforms, agencies, and internal stakeholders to support continuous optimisation
- 3+ years’ experience in eCommerce
- Strong understanding of Shopify (or other CMS) and comfortable managing backend updates
- A detail-focused operator with a love for clean data, accurate content, and smooth UX
- Analytical mindset - comfortable extracting insights from performance metrics
- A fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally
