About the role:
We are unifying our customer experience across physical and digital channels, our Digital team build and deliver products where technology meets our customers – web, app, and retail.
The Systems Analyst, RTA supports the technical configuration, administration, and ongoing enhancement of modules including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Compliance, ensuring the solution is configured effectively and aligned to the organisation’s operational and compliance requirements.
This is a hands-on specialist role suited to someone with deep UKG technical capability, who can provide expert guidance across the full implementation lifecycle while working closely with stream leads, business analysts, system integrators, BAU teams, and key business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a technical SME for UKG across the Scheduling, Time & Attendance implementation
Translate business requirements into practical system solutions and provide guidance on best use of the platform
Support configuration, security design, environment management, and solution validation across the project lifecycle

Managing daily administration, governance, and system performance
Configuring and enhancing UKG standard functionality
Partnering with HR, Payroll, and other business functions to align processes and system setup
System testing, configuration changes, data migration, and go-live activities
Troubleshooting issues, identify root causes, and drive improvements
Overseeing change management, documentation, and audit compliance
Collaborating with vendors and internal technical teams
Assisting with integration management
Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and support materials and support knowledge transfer to ensure a smooth transition into BAU
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a UKG SME, Technical Consultant or Analyst on complex implementations
Strong knowledge of UKG Scheduling, Time & Attendance Background
Manage RTA & payroll systems including UKG PRO & TANDA, maintaining data integrity and overseeing system updates and improvements
Demonstrated experience with system configuration, security design and environment management
Strong understanding of business processes tied to workforce, payroll, or HR systems
Background as a functional consultant, business analyst, or systems administrator
Experience in configuration, testing, migrations, and production support
Strong problem-solving capability and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent documentation, communication, and incident management experience
Ability to work in an agile environment with multiple business units
Knowledge of integrations and data formats (APIs, flat files, JSON, XML preferred)
