About the role
Penrith City Automotive P/L is seeking a talented Finance and Insurance Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position within our client services department, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional financial and insurance services to our valued customers.
What you'll be doing:
- Advising customers on finance and insurance options to meet their individual needs
- Assisting with the preparation and processing of finance and insurance applications
- Negotiating and securing the best possible terms and rates for our customers
- Maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Collaborating with the sales team to support the overall business objectives
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar finance and insurance role within the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of financial products, insurance policies, and the regulatory environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
