**It's more than a job** The Area Contract Logistics Customer Retention Manager plays a key role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across a defined portfolio of contract logistics customers. This position focuses on strengthening long-term customer relationships, improving service delivery, and identifying opportunities to expand existing business. Working closely with internal stakeholders and customers, you will ensure a consistent, high-quality experience while supporting the rollout of sector strategies and customer engagement initiatives. **?** ... **How you create impact** + Own and manage all customer retention activities for a defined portfolio of customers. + Drive proactive renewal planning, including tracking timelines, risks, and opportunities. + Ensure high service performance by working with operations teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively. + Implement and manage customer engagement programs, including training, tool deployment, and continuous improvement plans. + Identify and deliver improvement and innovation initaitives to enahance customer expectations. + Partner with internal teams to ensure aligment with commerical policies and customer expectations. + Identify opportunities to expand scopoe and introduce additional services within existing accounts. + Execute Voice of Customer initiatives and ensure feedback is translated into actionable improvements. **What we would like you to bring** + 5-10 years of experience within contract logistics, supply chain, or customer management roles. + Strong understanding of warehousing and distribution operations within a 3PL environment. + Experience managing key customer relationships and driving retention or account growth. + Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally. + Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence and continuous improvement. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Experience with structured customer programs, KPIs, and performance management is advantageous. **What's in it for you** Along with a competitive remuneration package, we want to make sure our employees are motivated in all aspects.
