We’re looking for a Policy Coordinator to join us on a 6-month fixed term contract, supporting a large-scale review and uplift of our policies across the business. This isn’t just a documentation exercise, it’s about ensuring what we say, and what we do, truly align.
What you’ll be doingYou’ll take ownership of reviewing a high volume of policies across our network, ensuring they:
- Align with current legislation, regulations and sector standards
- Reflect best practice in early childhood education and care
- Are clear, practical and usable for our teams on the ground
- Support a strong culture of safety, compliance and quality
You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to update, refine and embed policies that genuinely support our services.
What you bring- Childcare / early learning experience, you understand the sector and what good looks like
- Strong knowledge of policies, compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional attention to detail, you notice what others miss
- The ability to manage high volume work without losing quality
- A structured, organised approach with a genuine sense of ownership
- You’re someone who takes pride in getting things right not just ticking a box, but creating something that stands up in practice.
