Allura Partners are delighted to be supporting a medium-sized property business with a search for a commercial finance manager on a 12 month FTC basis, to cover for a project secondment within the team.

Duties/Key responsibilities
- Partner with development leadership to provide commercial insights and improve profitability
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling
- Deliver monthly reporting and performance analysis packs
- Ensure accuracy across P&L, balance sheet and audit requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes
Skills and experience
- 5/6 years’ experience in finance, ideally within property or development
- CPA, CA or equivalent qualification
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Experience in business partnering and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to lead or mentor team members
- Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and improvement
- Must be available immediately or at short notice
