The Role:

• Working within a large, well-established team managing a substantial residential portfolio, you will be responsible for:
• Conducting open homes and private inspections
• Managing incoming rental enquiries and email responses
• Processing applications, reference checks, and approvals
• Coordinating advertising and listing uploads
• Supporting the Property Management team with day-to-day leasing tasks

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a current Certificate of Registration (COR)
• Entry-level or some exposure to real estate preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Well-presented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Available to work Monday to Saturday
