St Mary's Service Pty Ltd is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Delivery Operations Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day logistics operations. Our company provides parcel delivery services and we are committed to excellence in customer service, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement and maintenance of transport vehicles, equipment, and fuel
- Liaise with clients to understand delivery requirements, offer advice on vehicle options and hire terms, and address any service-related concerns
- Receive and process orders and bookings; plan and execute efficient delivery schedules
- Ensure goods are stored and transported under conditions that protect their quality
- Organise timely collection and delivery of goods and vehicles
- Maintain accurate operational records and prepare regular performance and compliance reports
- Coordinate the arrival, departure, loading, and unloading of transportation units
- Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and internal standards
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2); or
- At least three years of relevant experience (which may substitute for formal qualifications)
- A stable, full-time position in a growing logistics business
- Competitive annual salary: $80,000 - $85,000
