The Role:

  • Admin support and diary management
  • Handled all enquires and respond to emails
  • Organise photoshoots
  • Coordinate advertising and marketing
  • Callbacks and CRM database management
  • Market research and helping with inquiries
  • Managing exchange paperwork and client gifts


The Candidate:

  • Have a strong administration/sales support background in Real Estate
  • Ability to manage a prestigious workload with high-end clientele - you will be working on multi-million dollar listings
  • Provide a high stand of customer service
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work autonomously & part of a team
