The Role
This Senior Financial Accountant position sits in a medium-sized finance team of 25 and reports to a supportive manager. Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Month-end reporting and close – accruals, journals, prepayments and reconciliations
- Fixed assets management
- Financial compliance
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- BAS preparation
- Year-end Audit
Your Background
To be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that you fulfil the following criteria:
- Be CPA/CA qualified
- More than 5 years of experience working in a Financial Accountant or Senior Accountant level
- Strong month-end reporting skills
- Previously worked for a medium to large business
- Desire to work for a not-for-profit organisation
- Strong communication skills
