ARCway Careers are seeking a well-presented and bubbly HSC graduate who is ready to step into their first office job. Our client in Rosebery is a leader in their area of expertise, specialising in accounting services for small to medium businesses. We are looking for a recent high school graduate to join their team Administration team.
The position is a PAID Traineeship, and the successful applicant will be enrolled in a Certificate III in Business (no student fee).
This position is available now & we are keen to hear from interested candidates.
Duties:
- Collecting, opening & scanning mail
- Distributing mail to correct people
- Typing up letters
- Sending financial statements & tax returns to clients
- Scanning returned & signed copies into the system
- Reception, answering phones, taking messages & transferring calls.
