About the role
This IT PMO Coordinator sits at the centre of governance, reporting, and portfolio control. Reporting into IT leadership, the role partners with PMs, BAs, and senior stakeholders to ensure data quality, cadence, and decision-ready reporting across the IT portfolio. It operates as a sole PMO representative.

Duties/Key responsibilities
- Maintain governance cadence, forums, and reporting cycles
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of portfolio and project data
- Support portfolio control boards, demand and prioritisation forums
- Manage PMO artefacts, templates, and collaboration platforms
- Drive consistency and improvement in governance processes
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in IT PMO, governance, or delivery assurance
- Strong understanding of portfolio reporting and lifecycle frameworks (P3O or similar)
- Experience with ServiceNow SPM or similar PPM tools
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through
- Ability to work with ambiguity and influence without authority
- Experience in large, complex organisations highly regarded
