As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and our workshop.
You'll ensure every customer enjoys a seamless, professional, and friendly experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and managing service bookings
- Providing clear communication on vehicle servicing and repairs
- Upselling service and maintenance opportunities
- Liaising with technicians to ensure timely delivery
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience every time
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
