The Role:
- Sourcing, analyzing, and securing high-quality investment properties across NSW, QLD, VIC, and SA.
- Negotiating purchase terms and securing properties at the best possible price and conditions.
- Liaising with selling agents, property managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Providing clients with clear communication and professional advice
- Traveling interstate quarterly (funded by the company) for inspections, relationship building, and market knowledge.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, emerging suburbs, and investment hotspots.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in real Estate Sales or a Buyers Agent is essential to be considered
- Must be polished, well-spoken, and professional in presentation.
- Strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service and client outcomes.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable outcomes.
- Ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player.
