An exclusive opportunity is now available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a high-end residential portfolio of just 150 properties, all located within Sydney’s prestigious Eastern Suburbs.
This role is perfect for a confident, polished Property Manager who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a professional office environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to discerning landlords and tenants. You’ll be supported by leadership, trained on systems, and given the space to truly run your portfolio properly - no micromanagement, no overload!

The Role
- Landlord & tenant relationships, renewals, arrears
- Repairs, maintenance, inspections & compliance
- Vacating management, bonds & documentation
- Insurance claims and tribunal preparation when required
- Mentor and support team members
- Identify and implement system improvements
About You
- 4+ years’ residential property management experience
- Confident running a portfolio independently
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Leadership mindset and professional presence
- Certificate of Registration + car required
