Project Coordinator | Contracts Management System

Sydney | 50% WFH | Contract Role

Are you a Project Coordinator with experience working on contracts management systems? We’re looking for someone who not only brings that background but also has the right attitude, someone who’s eager to learn, open to helping out wherever needed, and passionate about supporting project success.

This is a hybrid opportunity (50% WFH) offering hands-on exposure to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key support role in the delivery of a Contracts Management System, working closely with the project team on a wide range of activities. From coordinating tasks and timelines to assisting with testing, change initiatives, impact assessments and documentation. Training and guidance will be provided, but a proactive, flexible mindset is essential.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator in a project delivery environment;
• Hands-on experience with contracts management systems (any system welcome);
• A genuine interest in learning and contributing across different workstreams;
• Great organisational skills and attention to detail;
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; and
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves and help where needed
