GenesisCare is seeking an experienced SAP professional to join our Enterprise Systems Team as an SAP Finance Analyst on a full-time, 12-month maximum term contract.

In this role, you will provide SAP support to users across our Clinical and Shared Services teams. Leveraging your strong knowledge of SAP and best practices, along with excellent problem-solving skills, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within corporate applications.

Reporting to the SAP Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering systems support and contributing to a range of strategic initiatives.


More specifically, you will:

  • Provide SAP support to all users using best practices to solve complex problems in corporate applications.
  • Manage masterdata in SAP ensuring all entries are accurate and current
  • Deliver SAP training and guidance to other Enterprise Systems team members
  • Uses established techniques as directed to identify current problems and elicit, specify, and document business functional, data and non-functional requirements for subject areas with clearly defined boundaries.
  • Manage more complex requirements activities and establish agreed baselines for change and managing the assessment as well as assessment and application of requested changes to those requirements.
  • Review requirements and specification and defines test conditions. Designs test cases and test scripts under own direction, mapping back to pre-determined criteria, recording and reporting outcomes. Reports test activities and results. Identifies and reports issues and risks associated with own work.
  • Co-ordination of User Acceptance Testing.
  • Acts as the routine contact point, receiving and handling requests for SAP support. Responds to a broad range of service requests for support by providing information to fulfil requests or enable resolution. Provides first line investigation and diagnosis and promptly allocates unresolved issues as appropriate.

We are interested in candidates with:

  • Min 3-4 years’ experience with SAP FICO, preferably S4/HANA;
  • In depth understanding of SAP FICO and basic knowledge of SAP Logistics;
  • Experience with billing systems, preferably in the healthcare area;
  • Strong technology and systems analysis background;
  • Advanced knowledge of systems management;
  • Strong communication skills, bother written and verbal;
  • Ability to write, collate and present reports.
  • Any experience working with Esker (OCR solution) and Blackline will be preferred
  • Outstanding ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and assist in the development of appropriate solutions
  • Ability to apply analytical skill and conceptual thinking to operations and system planning across a range of project and program technologies.
  • A high degree of initiative and a flexible approach – comfortable with competing demands, ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Experience in healthcare or an understanding of the healthcare environment and relevant processes and systems is preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel
